We work with a gluten-free kitchen here in Longmont, CO to bring you gluten-free products that taste delicious and are made with quality ingredients.

Outrageous Baking offers delicious gluten-free sweet breads (loaves), cookies and baking flour.

Flavors consist of a warm and gently spiced pumpkin bread, a rich and heavenly chocolate zucchini bread, cool and light, lemon poppy seed bread, and a sweet and flavorful cinnamon coffee cake. Also available, an all purpose gluten free baking flour that is easy to use - a one to one substitution for wheat flour, works great for pancakes, waffles, cookies, cakes, muffins, sweet breads and pie crust.

Clarity Foods Non-gluten Products

Clarity Foods offer curry, pizza and tofu pita pockets. They also supply many restaurants with their gluten-free pizza crust including Basil Flats, a relatively new restaurant on Hover in Longmont.
