Choosing to gradually or completely eliminate gluten-laded foods from your diet is a great first step in feeling better if you're gluten-intolerant. Whats important to note, even though you may have stopped eating foods that have gluten in them, the villa in your intestinal track is still compromised from absorbing nutrients into your body until the gluten is actually removed. How Body Balance helped my daughter, Milia.
At the age of 7, my daughter came down with a cough and running nose that lasted all winter. It occurred again the following winter followed by her stomach hurting every 3 days or so after she ate.
